A FREE seminar for RSVP volunteers, guests and friends of the Garrison

Silver Sneakers Exercises
Social Interaction Opportunities for Seniors

Volunteer Opportunities:

Lubbock Regional MHMR is in need of volunteers to serve as the front desk receptionist at the Sunrise Canyon Hospital. You will be the face of Sunrise Canyon to the transition consumers as they arrive for their appointments.

The volunteer will assist with check-in, answer phones, take messages and forward phone calls. Volunteers will work in 4-hour shifts between the hours of 8am – 5pm, Monday through Friday. Training will be provided. If you are interested in this volunteer opportunity, please contact the RSVP office at 743-7787.
